Encore Pest Control is a locally owned and operated company built on experience, integrity, and a real passion for serving people. My name is Kenzie Prosch — born and raised right here in Birmingham, AL. I went to Oak Mountain High School and graduated from UAB with a degree in Elementary Education. Funny enough, I never stepped into a classroom as a full time teacher— instead, I found my calling in an industry I never expected: pest control.

What started as a college job turned into a career I genuinely love. I helped grow my former company into one of the largest pest control providers in the Birmingham area. Now, with Encore, I’ve taken everything I learned and built something of my own — a company where relationships matter just as much as results.

At Encore, we believe pest control should feel personal. That means open communication, responsive service, and technicians who actually have time to ask how you’re doing — and care about the answer. We take pride in being thorough, intentional, and trustworthy. Our customers aren’t just names on a route — they’re neighbors we know and respect.

Outside of work, I’m a proud husband, dad to three energetic boys, and the designated treat-giver to one spoiled dog. When we’re not chasing pests, we’re probably chasing magic down in Disney World.
